As a Senior Engagement Manager at Mission Measurement, Rick helps nonprofit organizations better understand the value of measurement, and designs and implements measurement approaches that enable them to communicate their value while increasing their social impact. Adept at survey design and data visualization, Rick strives to keep Mission Measurement surveys and reports content-rich and accessible. With Mission Measurement since 2008, Rick has worked with a broad range of clients including: Free the Children, Travelers Insurance and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Prior to joining Mission Measurement, Rick worked in Donor Analytics at Grenzebach Glier & Associates, an international fundraising consultancy in Chicago. For four years, Rick provided philanthropic performance analysis, prospect screening and benchmarking for more than 200 clients in areas such as higher education, healthcare and social services.
Rick received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Sociology and Political Science, with a concentration in Analysis and Research.
